Teleservice Rep – Full Time - Day or Night Shift (apply now)
Teleservices representatives learn and participate in a wide variety of telemarketing campaigns. Daytime shifts are predominantly business to business oriented with consumer campaigns done in the evening and possibly Saturdays.
Teleservices representatives must have good written and oral communication skills. They must be able to speak clearly, learn scripts and rebuttals quickly and be able to give an effective, persuasive presentation. Good typing skills are a must. Some computer familiarity, including internet and e-mail is also required. Person needs to be flexible & maintain a positive attitude. Hours of operations are between 8am & 9pm M-F and possibly Saturdays. Reliability, attendance & business etiquette are required from all employees. Dress code is business casual M-Th & casual on Friday and Saturday. Employees must work using a telephone headset. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and stay focused.
The success of any representative is dependent upon their performance & attitude. Representatives will work on multiple campaigns during a typical work day and they must be able to multi-task and be able to retain information from multiple clients during their shift.
Bilingual skills are a definite plus.
